Your name, email address, and password when you create an account; the homes and searches you save; and the content you add to your vision boards — photos, notes, and design ideas. If you contact a listing agent through the Service, we collect the message and contact details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Device and app information, general location, and usage data that help the Service run and improve. If you enable notifications, we store a push token on your device so we can deliver them to you.
Information from other sources
Publicly available and licensed real estate data — including MLS listings and property records — that we use to populate homes, valuations, and market details shown in the Service.
How we use your information
To operate the Service — showing you homes, saving your boards and searches, generating AI vision concepts, and connecting you with listing agents you choose to contact — as well as to send updates you’ve requested, provide support, keep the Service secure, and comply with the law.
How we share your information
With agents you contact. When you reach out about a home, we share your message and the contact details needed for that agent to respond to you.
With service providers who host, email, message, analyze, and support the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information for money.
